Dr. Amy Randall

After receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University, Dr. Amy Randall practiced general veterinary medicine for a year in Fredericksburg, Virginia. With a deep desire to continue her education, Dr. Randall went on to complete a one-year internship in veterinary medicine and surgery at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi. She remained at MSU for one more year as a clinical instructor of Internal Medicine & Dermatology, as well as the Chief of ICU. She then completed a 3-year residency in veterinary dermatology at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to completing all the requirements to become board certified in dermatology, she also completed a Master’s Degree of Science. Dr. Randall is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology. She sees patients in Beaverton, Oregon and Greensboro, North Carolina.

Dr. Randall is also the co-founder of Serenegy, LLC. The idea for the company came to her when she was feeling discouraged with the current pet treat industry. She and her sister wanted to create an all-natural and limited ingredient treat option for dogs with food sensitivities. The company offers various flavors of pill wraps and treats that she formulated and tested herself. To be able to monitory quality, she decided to build a bakery next to our Beaverton clinic product. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, keeping fit by hitting the gym, speaking to groups about animal allergies, skin, and ear disorders, and spending time with her Chocolate Labrador, Cole, and Goldendoodle, Quinn.

Dr. Andrea Hasbach, DVM

Dr. Andrea HasbachDr. Andrea Hasbach is a 2013 graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.  After veterinary school she went on to complete a 1-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in North Carolina, followed by a 1-year dermatology internship at the University of Illinois.  After her internships, Dr. Hasbach returned to Michigan State University, where she completed a residency in veterinary dermatology, which encompassed training in clinical dermatology, dermatohistopathology, and research.  Her resident’s research project was presented at the 2017 National American Veterinary Dermatology Forum, where it was awarded first place in basic science, and has gone on to be published in the Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine.  After completing her residency, she worked in the dermatology department of a multi-specialty and emergency hospital near Detroit, Michigan, before moving back to the west coast to join us here at Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic.

Dr. Andrea HasbachDr. Hasbach loves all facets of veterinary dermatology, but areas of special interest include skin manifestations of internal disease, management of allergic and autoimmune disorders, and subcutaneous and deep mycoses.

In her free time, she enjoys trips to the coast, camping, hiking, mountain bike riding, oil painting, refinishing wooden furniture, and spending time with her husband, Chad, and three cats, Nesbit, Biscuit, and Red.
